Clutter Free Collective – Gold Membership Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before joining the Clutter Free Collective. By purchasing the Gold Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview
   The Clutter Free Collective Gold Membership (“Membership”) is provided by Caroline Thor, Wilhelmstraße 47, 68723 Plankstadt, Germany.
   Upon purchase, members receive immediate access to the Membership platform, live sessions, private community, and exclusive bonuses. Access continues for 12 months from the date of purchase and renews annually unless cancelled.
2. What’s Included
   As a Gold Member, you receive:

• Everything in the Silver Membership, including:
  
  
• Two live sessions per month (one coaching and one co-decluttering)
  
  
• Replays and private podcast access
  
  
• Monthly community check-in
  
  
• Full Clutter-Free Toolkit and training library
  
  
• Regular KonMari®-inspired challenges
  
  
• Guest expert workshops
  
  
• Private Facebook community
  
  
• Weekly motivation and accountability posts
  
  
• Bonus access to the Clutter Free Ever After™ Online Program (valued at $397)
  
  
• Additional surprise bonus sessions throughout the year
  
  
• Annual bonus: One 1-hour personal coaching session with Caroline (valued at $100)
  
  

All materials and bonuses are accessible only while your membership remains active. When your membership ends or is not renewed, access to all content, recordings, and programs (including Clutter Free Ever After™) ends immediately.

3. Payment and Renewal
   The Gold Membership is billed annually in U.S. dollars (USD).
   Your payment grants you access for 12 months from the date of purchase. The membership automatically renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are not available after purchase. You may cancel at any time to stop your next renewal.

4. Cancellations and Support
   You can cancel through your Kajabi account or by emailing [email protected].
   If you joined through a promotional trial or special offer, you may cancel before your first payment if you do not wish to continue.

For any support or technical issues, please contact the same email address.

5. One-to-One Coaching Session
   Your included 1-hour coaching session must be scheduled and used within three months of your purchase date.
   Sessions not used within this time period expire automatically and cannot be transferred or refunded.
6. Use of Materials
   All materials, videos, checklists, and resources provided through the Membership and bonus programs are for personal use only.
   You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content publicly or privately without written permission from Caroline Thor.
7. Community Conduct
   The Clutter Free Collective community is a confidential and respectful space. Members agree to:

• Treat others with kindness and empathy.
  
  
• Keep all shared stories, discussions, and photos private and not share them elsewhere.
  
  
• Refrain from judgmental, promotional, or disrespectful behavior.
  
  

Caroline reserves the right to remove any member who breaches these guidelines or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

8. Recordings and Replays
   All live sessions, workshops, and community calls within the Membership are recorded. By attending live, you consent to being recorded (including your name, voice, or image if you appear on camera).
   Recordings are made available to all current members and may be stored and shared with future members as part of the Membership resources.
   These recordings remain the intellectual property of Caroline Thor and may not be downloaded, shared, or reproduced outside of the Membership platform.
9. Technical Access
   While every effort is made to ensure continuous access to the Membership platform, Caroline Thor is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or interruptions beyond her control.
   If such issues occur, reasonable steps will be taken to restore access as quickly as possible.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    Results depend on each member’s personal actions, consistency, and circumstances. Caroline Thor provides strategies and support but does not guarantee specific results.
    By joining, you agree that Caroline Thor is not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes related to participation in the Membership.
11. Updates to Terms
    Caroline Thor reserves the right to update or modify these Membership Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
